Short Cellar Glass

A petite, crystal-clear drinking glass fashioned from an upcycled wine bottle with an exceptionally high punt. All bottles used in our production are locally sourced in our efforts to minimize the impact on the environment.

This one of a kind handmade glass is perfectly suited for those who prefer sipping their alcoholic beverage with only little ice rather than on the rocks. The unique shape of the exceptionally high punt and the narrow walls of the bottle keep the ice cube just above the liquor and prevent it from melting too quickly and watering down your drink. When you’re ready just swirl and sip.

This useful little glass is the perfect size for a bit of juice at breakfast, for serving olives during cocktail hour or on your desk to hold paperclips. Its functionality does not end there; simply turn it over and use the deep punt to hold a tealight candle or as a place to set your rings when you take them off. The rim of this glass has been bevelled and meticulously polished for maximum comfort while drinking. Since every bottle is unique, volume, punt depths and colour tones may vary slightly. Dishwasher safe.
