Upcycling a bottle in this fashion not only uses the entire bottle but much less energy in the process, minimizing the impact on the environment. This unique piece of tableware features a magnum that has been segmented in two, forming a dual compartment serving platter. The horizontally elevated neck slopes creating two consecutive recesses, one larger than the other, and ending with a fused elevated heel. Its form allows it to be easily picked up and carried while its raised sides prevent food from falling off. Use it to serve such things as shrimp and cocktail sauce, hummus and vegetables, granola and yogurt, or sushi and soy sauce.
