Salt Cellar

A petite, jar in natural warm shades of moss green, made from the lower quarter of a wine bottle, fashioned with a fitted natural cork top, and matched with a little hand carved spoon. Specifically designed as a salt cellar this convenient little canister, which is also great for storing herbs, allows you to keep a just the right amount of salt on your counter without compromising too much space. Unlike traditional salt dispensers which can clog and be difficult to gauge, the wide opening of this punt cellar allows you to easily pinch the amount you need or use the accompanying spoon for a more precise measurement. This eco-friendly, sustainable product is made from bottles collected locally in our community and as a result each punt cellar is a unique singleton. Variations in glass colour, punt depth and texture may vary.
Cork texture and colour may vary as can the spoons which can be made from wood, bone or horn depending on availability. Glass is dishwasher safe.
