Bocksbeutel Double Magnum

A large platter re-fashioned from a flattened, ellipsoid shaped, double magnum in warm, natural shades of moss green with a satin matte finish. This Bocksbeutel, typically used for Franconian wines in Germany, has been transformed using warm glass techniques allowing the centre to fuse together while retaining the characteristics distinctive to a bottle. The lip and cylindrical neck remain open, while its forward tilting heel retains its texture. The raised rim confines the contents of the platter to the middle impeding them from spilling, while the ergonomic shape of the neck allows for easy transport. This impressive Bocksbeutel platter makes an elegant presentation on any table and is well suited for serving a variety of different foods. Every upcycled bottle, has been rescued locally from our community and lovingly transformed making every single piece an exclusive singleton. Dishwasher safe. Drain thoroughly and allow to dry before storing.
